Our production centres are in the US, UK, Europe, South America, Asia and Australia. We deliver free to all countries across all continents from the nearest production centre to your location.
From dispatch, estimated delivery time to your place is within 5 business days. We partner with carriers like UPS, StarTrack, DHL, FedEx, TNT Express, Royal Mail, Blue Dart Express, Gati, DTDC, Deutsche Post, Delhivery, PostNL, USPS, Poste Italiane, Australia Post, Japan Post Holdings, and Fastway.
Note that our free shipping policy is valid for transport costs only, and does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of your destination country. Wempy Dyocta Koto does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.
Ensure a Safe Delivery
Please include a company name if you are requesting delivery to a business address. Ensure you are delivering to a safe address where your parcel cannot be intercepted. Risk and title in the goods you purchase pass to you on the exact date and time of delivery of the goods to the delivery address provided in your order. Wempy Dyocta Koto will not take responsibility if your order is lost or subsequently goes missing after it has been deemed delivered by the carrier. The associated risk in leaving goods unattended in these circumstances is borne by you.
Delivery Times

This means that delivery times after dispatch are subject to those third party services which are outside our control. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and we will not be liable for any loss, expense, or other damage caused by any delay in delivery.
Order Communication
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched you will also receive an emailed invoice followed by an email containing tracking information. Once an order has been placed, you cannot amend or cancel your order. Once an order has been placed you cannot change the payment method used to place that order. Any changes must be completed upon delivery by following our Return and Exchange Policy.
